I would like to believe it’s because he isn’t really the president! However it could be for protection because we all know there were many assassination attempts on Trump… He may just be the dummy clone and they don’t feel the need to protect a clone or actor double. So if this is an actor pretending to be Biden, where is the real Biden? Kamala is making his phone calls for him… Is he incapacitated?

I don't think Biden is their most valuable asset. The attempts could be a ploy to Garber sympathy for killing an old man and place what they want in the WH; Carmello.
