Fbi didt think it was JFK Jr that actually signed it but ya im thinking there is definitely something just not seeing it. Also if I'm not mistaken 1999 senate seat was between Hillary and John. Im really starting to think John went into witsec. But then again I have fell waaay down the rabbit hole on JFK Jr being alive
