Did anyone else get a test of the Commercial Mobile Alert System Today and on Jan. 20th?

I received one of these on my phone on Jan. 20th, never before and never since until today. I jumped up hoping this was the military's notification that joe & the hoe are in military custody but it's just a test. Just curious if anyone else has received the same...

I'm showing in settings that I'm receiving Presidential, Extreme, Severe, and AMBER alerts. But I'm also seeing that I haven't received any alert of any kind since July of 2020 so I don't know what's going on because there should've been weather alerts for sure.
