However, we can see too far. Using the globe's curvature formula, we can take measurements and scientifically prove that we're seeing cities, mountains, etc. that SHOULD be beneath a physical horizon (if the earth was round, that is).
And with infrared cameras, we can see mountains and structures that are hundreds of miles away, when they should be MILES below a physical horizon. But they aren't...
The thing about flat earth is that the proof is literally SO simple that people tend not to give it any credence, even though what I've just written in this post is enough actual proof that SHOULD convince everyone that the earth is flat.
It's easier to fool people than convince them they've been fooled.
