He's a potato. Its sad. Its also elder abuse. My grandfather was just like this for the last few years of his life. He would forget what he did an hour earlier etc. We just let him do his thing. He wasn't hurting anyone. Biden on the other hand is ruining an entire country while a bunch of lunatics cheer him on.
