He's had a nip and tuck, botox and all the other kinds of crap people like him get and there is probably 12 years between those photos. In the last 3-4 years he's really aged fast though.

If you look at anyone who has had that much plastic surgery over such a big period of time, they won't look like the same person. This is normal lol! But Biden does have certain features that are extremely hard to fake in a double. His ears are the same even if his lobes are now connected (probably from nip and tuck). He has a weird line on his chin, maybe natural or from an accident.

The reason his eyes no longer droop is because of the face lift. His nose is identical.

It's the same guy, just an older, more decrepid version of the original.
