How would you interpret that sentence? I've never had plastic surgery myself, so maybe you know something I don't, but I wasn't aware ANY kind of surgeon could/would just willy nilly perform extra surgery if you don't request it, as you suggested. That makes no sense.

Given it is Biden, such a high profile person, I don't see what would posess them to use such a poor quality doctor as you surmised. Therefore I find your proposal to be flawed.

IMO, the inconsistencies in his appearance is more likely due to prosthetics, rather than a botched or poor quality plastic surgery. That is all.
