Profound wisdom is often scoffed at by the fearful.
I'm a Christian and I wholly believe this explanation to be the case for God's Creation.
Christ is just another one of God's infinite self realizations that spawned into an actual physical manifestation of itself. And in that message, we are all Christ. The Christ known as Jesus was just a higher, more enlightened aspect of Man, because God had to physically interject in the world to show Humanity it's path and true purpose, because another of God's self creations, his Shadow, figured out how to leave that basement and spread its dark wisdom to the Universe.
We are, in essence, both the angel and the devil for it is our own interactions with the physical Universe and the way we experience and decode those lessons SPIRITUALLY that either makes the light more powerful or feeds the darkness and makes it stronger. And THAT is the toughest thing for most people to understand about their existence in this physical realm.
Self reflection brings self wisdom. Self wisdom brings Ultimate wisdom, because it's the journey of self discovery (wisdom) on the path to self enlightenment (ultimate wisdom) that makes us whole again.
Like you said, we are just an infinite number of self manifestations of the Source, aka God. And in these manifestations lies God's infinite wisdom, because once we return Home, we return fully to the place we originally began: God. But we can't do that until we self realize the implications of our own experiential physical lives.
The sooner people begin to understand this, humanity will cure itself of ALL it's ailments and truly be able to manifest our ultimate physical representations of reality.

Yes very well explained!
And when I read your post I realize again how wonderful this life is and what a gift it is! And we are only still somewhat at the beginning of our journey and there's so much still to learn and so much more room to grow and so much more levels of existence to experience. And how weird is it that you and I are both God and we're trying to find our way back to eternal oneness :)
And me! I’m God, too ?
If God had to be born, then He isn't God. If He is bound by the concepts of age and time He is not God.
This theory is ass, I'm sorry
Did you read everything? I clarified in the end that God wasn't really born and that God is eternal.
Nothing is something and God wasn’t born. This is a sad attempt by man to try and understand God. Everything you need to know is in the word of God.
Did you read all of it? In the end I explained that God wasn't really born.
Also your labelling of my attempt as "sad" seems a bit unnecessary.
Did God go through a process of birth or is he eternal?
It’s sad you’ve been deceived and it’s sad you’re trying to deceive others. Sad is the best word to describe this situation.
Again, I clarified this at the end. God is eternal.
You know what's also sad? My parents tried to raise me as a Christian. I became an atheist because of people like you.
What is a Christian?
God created man in His image. The way that man is created, lives, and dies, is an image of God. The way that man's soul is eternal, is an image of God.
The image is not the reality, but through the image you can start to perceive the reality, at least in part.
The void is the perception of the absence of God. If you understand God, you know that there is no void. Those who turn from God will perceive the void and embrace it as real, even though there is no material proof of the void. Those who turn to God will perceive God and embrace Him as real, even though there is no material proof of God.
If your mathematics can convince you of the void, that math is flawed. When you separate out the concept of the void from mathematics, you break many of the smartest minds. Those minds refuse to accept God as real. You see this reflected in today's state-of-the-art in both mathematics and physics.
The universe is not God. The universe is where God is.
Bobby, you've "awakened" to something called https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Process_theology.
First problem: it has nothing direct to do with Q. You may want to repost in another community.
Second problem: you have a god that comes into being within a preexistent eternal spacetime medium, while the Bible describes a spacetime medium that comes into being within a preexistent eternal God. Q tells us to read the Bible and that God gave his Son that we might believe in Him and have eternal life; so your theory is contrary to Q support.
Now if we waived those threshold problems and said let's discuss it anyway (e.g., we both agree not to treat the other's concerns as judgmental), we'd still have the problem of whether it's worth discussion for either of us. I am committed to pursue the truth (noncontradiction) wherever it leads. You are affirming "God is born" in one sense and "God wasn't really born" in another sense, which requires better presentation to avoid the appearance of contradiction. This duality makes it hard to presume that you are committed to noncontradiction wherever it leads.
If you seek to know "whether it's true ... that there is a peaceful happiness inside of us", you must exercise faith that truth exists. If truth did not exist, then you would not have hope of happiness, because without truth any evidence of happiness is not proof against its nonexistence.
I claim to have a better return to my source that does not kill my self-existence, a better unity that does not negate diversity, a better path to happiness and quiet mind that removes annoyance, and a better life that allows interaction with the Christianity described by Q. Threshold question: Do you commit to pursue truth wherever it leads? If so, then we can talk about the nature of what is greatest in the real universe (either the entity or the spacetime continuum or some construct thereamong) and draw some conclusions. But we probably should do that in another forum, and I don't think it's the Christianity one so I don't have a recommendation.
An entertaining thought experiment. I believe Alan Watts had similar things to say about this. I guess until you experience this for oneself it is impossible to say that this is true, and even then unless you as a shattered fragment merge with the whole and comprehend the extent of this game, it is still possible to be sceptical of the theory and find flaws in it.
I love Alan Watts. I love his playfulness in explaining things.
I haven't experienced full on ego death yet, but I have touched upon it. I have had several peeks through the gateless gate and those experiences have filled me with so much joy, excitement and deep fulfillment that I have felt for short moments that the above is true. But I have not fully experienced it yet. My ego is very scared of its dissolution, so it's doing everything in its power to push me away from the gateless gate :)
Well done. ❤️ Saved for future use and re reading
Thank you friend!
Don’t let the Christians get you down. This thread is full of em & they sometimes get threatened. I love them even if they don’t love me.
Wise words :)
I forgive them for being a bit judgemental.
