I’m in her boat. She isn’t currently pregnant. That would make it slightly easier to fight. She wants to get pregnant.
The fear is that the vax will attack embryos and destroy their ability to carry to term. I can’t think of anything sadder than my fiancé and I trying to have children and me to suffer miscarriage after miscarriage because my body attacks the fetus like a virus.
You have the right to refuse any medical experimentation by law - both US and International law based on the Nuremberg Code and Helsinki. These "vaccines" are medical experimentation. This is why they are covered under Emergency Use Authorization by the FDA and not regular FDA approval. The distribution has been quick because of the bypassing of all the normal protocols used to gain FDA approval that can take years. (Sorry, not a big fan of Trump's Warp Speed that paved the way for this genocide.)
The previous animal experiments when this "vaccine" technology was used proved disasterous which under normal circumstances would have put a halt to any further trials. This was bypassed. With the public rollout, the studies regarding safely and efficacy are still ongoing. The general public is part of the experiment. They cannot make any claims as to the safely or the efficacy of this experiment. Therefore, this is the grounds under which you can refuse by informed consent.
If employers start to realize that this avenue may be the legal groundwork by which they may be subjected to multiple lawsuits if they try to force their employees to comply, we may be able to stop the madness - at least temporarily while these "vaccines" are still under EUA. Drug companies are released from all liability and smart lawyers are going to find ways to nail someone when the real damages start to occur. Larger companies are already exploring this area because they do not want to be sued either from making vaccination a condition of employment, or when employees start to sue them because they were forced and then suffered damages. Lawsuits are the language of motivation for corporations.
Educate yourself with this information and those you care about. We are not going to be successful in educating others if we just come off as antivaxxers. Our arguments must be legally sound and simple. We cannot be compelled to participate in medical experimentation.
