...identity matching completely aside...if I caught one of my brothers...or brother in laws doing this to one of my daughters...I would beat the every loving crap out of him. The picture lacks context...it is a still shot, and I might be biased knowing what I now know about Obummer...but that looks pretty inappropriate to me
