IMO that general came across as a bit of a glowfag. No disrespect to his previous station, but no GOOD general, imo, would just 'out' a top secret declas program. Sorry, you're missing the point: Q is a public facing arm of ISA. This is why POTUS says he doesn't know anything about it. This is an insulation and Q is helping the public to stay calm and realize that things are happening - for those of us who have eyes to see and ears to hear.
