The second one is for the Northern Virginia Army SpecOps team. They report to the President or SOS. They are a clandestine JSOC team.

The first one is used by John Q. St. Clair, the mysterious inventor. Why the down vote?

Gracias Fren-- I saw a post a few minutes ago regarding the Northern Virginia Army-- pede found a military article on them, they went from 1800 members to 25,000.

I think that's what Q means when he says patriots are in control :)
