They use it as an attack because Trump was giving a compliment to a piece of shit, thereby making it seem as though Trump approves of what Epstein was doing (without any evidence, of course, that Trump even knew what he was doing). Assholes like that will take any quote or statement and turn it into something negative against Trump. It's their only talent in life.
