This is fact. I live here in Pierre. While she did well with personal responsibility with the China Flu, her fighting the will of the citizens on pot is concerning. Not saying she's like the left, but she has many red flags.
And I don't disagree with you either. However, I do not think you go against the will of the voters. We're already in that predicament now with election fraud. Whether or not she personally agrees with it, it has to pass. It was voted that way and you accept it. As for people not thinking, well that's a separate issue where businesses etc. Will have plans in place for how they handle that.
In general, the people in SD who rejected A were primarily critical of the style of decriminalization - how it gives a bunch of untraceable money to SD state and not the fact that people might get high.
It is a person's choice to get drunk ( or high), and that person is accountable for his or her actions and ramifications of doing so. Lacking discipline is a personal failure and should be viewed as such.
The government, in simplest terms, just can't save people from themselves.
