I don't know about anybody else, but the beginning of my red pilling began back in 2008 when I saw the movie "The Obama Deception" (this is not what I recommend you show--just wait).
When I saw the ad for this movie I figured it was going to be a basic GOP hit job on Obama. At the time I was pretty high on Ron Paul, who as many of you know is not your traditional Republican. He managed to sort of bring both Democrats and Republicans together (at least a small fraction of them) on a number of issues: being anti-war and anti-foreign occupation, and pro drug legalization, and pro gay marriage, while still being a staunch fiscal conservative and advocating ending the Federal Reserve System.
So when I saw the title of this movie I took it with a grain of salt. But I figured, "Meh. I got a couple hours to burn. Let's see what this hit job looks like."
So just a few minutes into it they show me this clip of former governor of Minnesota and former pro wrestler, Jesse Ventura:

Guys, when I first saw that clip, my eyes were OPENED.
This was something that had never even occurred to me as being possible. But when you think about it, it's the perspective driving the entire Q movement.
The thing I like about this clip, and the reason I think it's a great place to start when trying to red pill people, is that it bypasses their normal biases. It admits to liberals/democrats that yes, elected Republican ARE bad people. But it offers them a brand new perspective on the entire subject: that both elected Democrats and elected Republicans are ACTORS, playing ROLES for an unknown entity that has them PRETENDING to be at odds with one another.
And while the message is coming from a Republican politician, it's not one they're likely familiar with. He hasn't been in the news in years. He was a complete outsider to the world of politics and his perspective is wildly different. And Republican or not, HE'S the one saying that Republicans and Democrats are secretly indistinguishable.
Now, I think this ties in great with President Trump's "Political Establishment' speech seen here:

But I wouldn't lead with that one. I would lead with the Jesse Ventura one. They won't have the knee-jerk reaction to him that they would to Trump, and they are likely to be stunned by the fact that a Republican is admitting that Republicans are phony, thus opening them up to the claim he's making.
Of course, when you consider the claim he's making, is it really that far-fetched for liberals/democrats to believe? They already think super rich people are evil and ruining the world. Is it really a stretch to think that these same super rich people have bought up all of Washington and guide it as they see fit?
I really encourage you, if you are trying to red pill someone on Q, that you start with that Jesse Ventura clip. I really think you'll make more headway than you could believe. It's a great way to get people started on their journey down the rabbit hole.
God bless. Trump forever. Q is real. It's habbening.
A quote from the C.S. Lewis novel That Hideous Strength. The chief of the secret police is explaining how things work, to the protagonist of the novel:
"Don’t you understand anything? Isn’t it absolutely essential to keep a fierce Left and a fierce Right, both on their toes and each terrified of the other? That’s how we get things done. Any opposition to the N.I.C.E. is represented as a Left racket in the Right papers and a Right racket in the Left papers. If it’s properly done, you get each side outbidding the other in support of us—to refute the enemy slanders. Of course we’re non-political. The real power always is."
