Thank you for the help. I'm trying to get it in ebook format but I'm in Canada, which for some weird reason is a challenge. This topic is in line with my current mindset, so very much appreciated.

Awesome. PDFs don't always work for my reader but I was able to get an EPUB version. Thank you, yet again. P.S. I said it before on another thread but it bears repeating. We need a library here. I've seen lots of book titles and reviews swapped here but I'm betting there are many more scattered among the threads.
