There’s a fair amount of misunderstanding of how the courts work in this thread. Several things to know here:
Ah yes, a highly fraudulent election across the entire country with states breaking their own laws isn't a high urgency issue at all.
If that's actually the argument then the leftists are right; the entire system should be destroyed and remade.
Problem is that no evidence was ever presented. Lower courts never allowed it. Law was never applied. No case assesed on merits.
That should tell you all you need to know about the decision they will make.
You are suggesting that the only remedy to the invocation and results of an unConstitutional law is to, going forward, make changes in the law that restore its Constitutionality. I would suggest that recompense would be a viable and important part of remedy in any case.
