Not before to offer assistance and declare an emergency early to get the supplies prestaged, no calls after multiple deaths and the complete shut down of Texas energy sources, supplies, refinement, distribution. Nothing.

It's like he isn't even home or occupying his own brain. AND he called an 8 a.m. lid yesterday???
