I work for a very large company that all of you have undoubtedly heard of... let’s just say it is one of those “Big 3, Big 4, or Big 6” type companies when one is describing the industry. Anyways, corporate seems quite liberal especially since it’s headquarters is in a large liberal city. Although, being in Texas, the management here (difficult to read them for obvious reasons) I would guess is right leaning or closet Republican and obviously your lefties...
My question is, could I be fired if a vaccine is “mandatory”? Not sure if they’ll go forward with this because the company employees A LOT of people, some or possibly most of who would not want to be forced to take a vaccine... especially those who’ve had Covid
I see massive class action law suits coming
And yes, Texas is an at will state
Good point. I’m not quite sure, I’ll have to look into that. I also forgot to mention, our department is unionized... (with a useless union obviously)
I mean unless I get a medical exemption?? Plus the employer spans multiple states... corporate office is in an at will state as well, but employees people nation wide. So I can only assume that if they consider doing it, than they’d have to do it for everyone rather than be selective about it
Yes and no. This isnt actually a vaccine so can they fire someone for nit forecfully taking an untested drug or medical instrument? I think there may be something there.
At will states cannot discriminate so they are still bound by law.
Agree that at will has to go. I worked in California and it is an at will state and I saw people win wrongful termination suits so it's not completely black-and-white
I used to have seizures until about 2014, had an operation which corrected the issue. Maybe I can use this as a catalyst to not being required to receive the vaccine for the sake that my issue may re arise
I keep seeing this stuff about at will States but I've worked in at will States and seen plenty of wrongful terminations go to trial and people have won so it's not black-and-white like they make it sound
Time to start thinking of an alternative employment plan just in case!
Lin Wood was asked this question in his last fireside chat. The short answer was that it falls back to the constitution. Listen for the full answer. Timestamp 39:45. https://rumble.com/vdjk7d-lin-wood-fireside-chat-11-is-lin-insane-doctors-explain-whats-inside-the-co.html
Edit: Draw your line in the stand. Collect evidence. Let them fire you, but stand firm and say no. Follow it up with litigation. Are you going to let your employer destroy your health? Hell no!
Yep I am waiting for it to become mandatory too. This is my line in the sand. Come what may, I am in gods hands, always have been . I had so much hope for the future with Q and Q plus but it is getting to be pretty hard to keep the faith.
Yes there have been cases already decided in the past regarding flu shots.
Theoretically they cannot. First, its not a vaccine, its gene therapy. Second, if the Nuremberg code i read is accurate, it ticks off every box. Some people claim that a case in 1905 or so sets precedent for forced vaccines, but the Nuremberg trials were 40 years later.
That being said, we have seen the ignorance of the press, politicians, judges and doctors unwillingness to question anything. The magic ‘vaccine’ word and the demonized Anti-Vaxxer campaign combined with the mob rules outrage/atrocity vendors on social media make the oppression stifling.
I would advise you at least start looking for another job, if for no other reason then to have a plan. Unless you feel like rolling up your sleeve and risking a psytokine storm when you catch plain old vanilla coronavirus or a complete immune system shut down where vanilla coronavirus (the common cold) will just flat out kill you.
Personally speaking, the reports on the vaccine not preventing infection or the spread of the virus plus still being ‘required’ to wear a mask renders it a pointless endeavor. Even if its only a small percent that has a side effect with no long term issues down the road, a 99.xx% mortality rate vs a 90% claimed effectiveness (and as described above, its clearly not) makes the risk of the vaccine worse than the actual virus.
You pedes are fucking amazing!! I have sooo much ammo in case my employer (or even my wife’s employer) tries to “mandate the Covid-19 vaccine”! Nope! Nope!! And NOPE!!!!
Also look up various ‘definitions’ of the word ‘vaccine’ nearly all of them equate it with a modified or attenuated version of the pathogen to develop antibodies. There seems to be an effort to change this definition, or modify it to include any sort of therapy designed to do the same thing.
The mRNA vaccine as far as I know does not contain a modified or attenuated version of COVID-19. I believe the Astra Zeneca vaccine claims to be a more ‘traditional’ vaccine. But there are also claims by German research nobody has produced an isolated strain of COVID-19. Ironically, i can no longer find this article. This being the case, we have to wonder what is in the A Z vaccine, and what it is causing people to get sick.
Here is a theory from Dr. Cowan: https://www.bitchute.com/video/0LAdN7y7TISY/
Normally, i would be skeptical...but his bringing up the Spanish Flu’s worldwide transmission and the fact that most travel was horseback or boat during that period does make you wonder.
not if:
if all else fails, don't work there anymore!
good luck
I would say yes they can fire you as a private company! You should already have your mind made up if this scenario comes and be able to counter it or give in! This is why they are destroying all the mom-and-pop small companies besides just capturing the whole market they want full power in your life for all employment and money goes!
Do you in an "employment at will" state?
Yes, Texas is an at will state
Then yes, they certainly can
That is very true, plus I’ve apparently already had the WuFlu based on positive test results and flu like symptoms. I could take an antibody test to show them this point you are making! Great idea, but may only buy me so much time
