I haven't watched the show that much, but I just remembered in it's heyday, it made fun of everyone and there was a pattern of people getting mad when their group was next on the chopping block, I do know that whatever way they decide to do it, there is a way better idea that they probably didn't do; It should be a stealth parody where Cartman or whoever posts cryptic rumors in the form of questions about someone he doesn't like in the style of Q, and all the characters interpret the posts to mean something way worse and insane than intended. I'm not agreeing that is what Q is, but it would at least be funnier (no matter who you were) and more clever than "haha silly anti vaxxer and crazy conspiracy theorists". It also takes some critical thinking to get the joke (more than a lot of people have it seems...) I feel that ever since Trump, comedy got worse (not just because it was one sided, because it became 100% propaganda). It's probably bc they are all on Epstein's jet and can't think about anything else but being defensive, but its still sad how they can't even be funny with the material.
The South Park movie was propaganda designed to make us hate Saddam Hussein in advance of the Iraq War. If these guys sold out to the War Machine over twenty years ago, what makes you think they are on the side of good today?
personally stopped watching south park when they made fun of wikileaks
To.be fair, the covid special was pretty awesome....
"Its over stan. Covid is here. Soon, only 99.98% of us will remain
Jews gonna jew.
South Park has had some very shilly moments, but I'd recommend everyone here to check out season 19. Every episode followed a set story. It was about PC culture and the effect of advertisements on people. VERY GOOD season.
who gives a shit, not like they're still relevant
Yeah exactly same! Most "orange man bad" Trump jokes aren't even funny or they are unintentionally funny but not in a degrading way intended (they don't realize that we don't get that offended by attacking people in power we like and that's just a projection, plus 99% of Trump's humor is self deprecating and we don't see his persona as this strong man who can do no wrong)
South parks aim is to piss everyone off.
Nah the
botsreal people will come out of hiding to tell us how "???" certain scenes were. The same real people who seem to be obsessed with tweeting about how much they hate "Qtards."It sucks that there is so much propaganda that we can't even agree about what reality is. Like there could be an episode where the a plot was about someone making cryptic statements on an online message board about people in town, and the jokes are both about what they mean and who wrote them. Some people obsess ever the posts, some people talk about it publicly, and other references and satire against Q and Q followers; without even calling it Q and the plot being a stealth parody of current events that don't need those current events being current to get the joke (think Seinfeld or literally any good show before Trump won)
Deported for liking South Park? Should deport me then too.
If one can't take a joke from South Park then one just sounds like a whiney commie.
I've been around since before SP. And it's still good.
....fag.
Good point.
