Why Do People Think the United States is a Corporation?
In 1871 Congress incorporated the District of Columbia, and the wording of the Act (along with a few bits of supposed evidence featured below) caused some to speculate that the United States had become a corporation controlled by the international banks.
The simplest rebuttal to this, aside from understanding how things work (as presented above), is pointing out that the Act incorporated and organized D.C., not the United States. D.C. and the “United States” are not the same entity any more than Nashville is the same as Tennessee.
I'm not sure this proves their point.
They're still saying that DC is a corporation.
And this could oddly make sense, seeing as it's now occupied by a hostile power and the military is surrounding it.
As you can see at that thread, the OP (moderator u/NessInOnett) removed it from general circulation after I posted an expansion of the evidence I started here. The OP said:
Your response seems entirely reasonable, and for that reason I've removed the post until I do more research.
What you said seems to line up with the certificate of incorporation (managing US corporations) https://imgur.com/a/mE5uHnP
Definitely don't want to mislead if it's bad info. I need to do some more digging on this. Thanks!
That link from the OP reveals that for USCC in 1925, "the nature of the business and the objects and purposes ... are as follows: To prepare ... articles or certificates of incorporation ... and other instruments relating to the incorporation and organization of corporations." It's a company that creates US corporations. It's not a government agency. The interactions herein should be considered in that light.
my info on this was deleted . i think i was told something like dont let the wagon get in front of the horse or something to that nature. not ready for this much info yet .i am reading all of the decree's on this now.
here is the link that sidney sent me.( https://theamericanstatesassembly.net/notice ) there are a few to dig through . go to the bottom and it will let you download all the ones from trump. let me know what you think.
If it came from Sidney Powell, it's of a wholly other category than this USCC stuff. I have said more about USCC at the other thread that OP repeatedly linked. A brief overview of the ASA notices indicates they may be on the right track but do not need significant debunking or analysis at this time because they are unlikely to misdirect patriots, unlike the misunderstanding of the USCC that I have explained herein.
Pardon me for skepticism. There is major effort expended here on the second premise of a syllogism, namely, that "United States Corporation Company" is a highly suspect old interconnected corporation. I see nothing about the first necessary premise, namely, that "United States Corporation Company" is in fact an entity of the government of these united states. What'd I miss?
I take it you mean "Learn to channel your anger and stop attacking your own".
I ask these questions because I've seen incomplete evidences like these before and they distract people from fulfilling their missions, whether God-given or Q-sent. All I gathered from this graphic is that there's a bankrupt corporation called USCC, probably owned by Prentice Hall (Wikipedia reports that Prentice Hall Legal & Financial Services is owned by CSC). From there on, Prentice Hall, CSC, Rodman Ward (descendant of 1899 CSC founder Christopher Ward), etc. fulfill very ordinary, dry, unsurprising roles in the data presented.
The obvious problem is that anybody can go and create a corporation called USCC in 1902; not just a government official, but anybody. Bankruptcies of corporations with US in the name are quite common.
But let's imagine the whole argument to be true: pretend that our government incorporated itself in New York in 1902 under the name USCC and is now bankrupt with Prentice Hall as their registered agent. What good will that do me in life? I don't have an answer to that either.
Here is a lawyer with USCC/CSC named Jose Lorenzo. On his page the USCC's job is described as including "providing instruction on incorporating, processing mergers, and offshore registered transactions and trademarks".
In other words it's a "company" that assists creation and maintenance of "US corporations". So it's more than just a clever name!

Hmm.
No answers.
More questions.

Yes. Redpill78 does a great job explaining this. I encourage everyone to watch. It's only about 17 minutes at the beginning of the video.

that and "foreign" means does business outside the state of incorporation; "domestic" is just the state where your business is physically located.
