Meat is VERY good for you. Especially beef, and ESPECIALLY liver. Chicken, not so much. Lamb is great, and always grass fed, since that is all lambs eat. Pork, OK. Rabbit, duck, yes!! Venison and game: Yes!! You don't need a ton, but make sure you eat some! Milk is best if raw, naturally, but NEVER get skim, 1% or 2 %, because they are doctored with powdered milk, which contains deadly oxidized cholesterol. Just whole milk. Also good for you.
