That's not a technicality. Doesn't matter that Cali sent Nunes to Congress. Those Parnas comments came AFTER h bwas elected and sworn in. And since CNN's HQ is in Atlanta, Ga, it could've been argued to that effect.

She's DEFINITELY in [their] take. No other explanation, legal or otherwise, can explain "why" she made this ruling.

But, it wasn't dismissed without prejudice, so he can bring the lawsuit in a different Federal jurisdiction, like say, Atlanta's, since CNN HQ is located there.
