Is a 'standard' a magical way to escape laws and consequence and commit pre-meditated murder? I think not.

If Biden is ordering that texans be frozen to death in their homes, to my way of thinking that is all the casus belli needed for texans to return fire and eliminate this threat to their lives.

Getting this info out there is a necessary first step, and Abbott acting on this is probably #2.

By the way, this is always the end point of the commie cultist nonsense pushed by all the AOCs - mass killings. In case it hasn't sunken in yet for some folks.
