It would be nice to find at least one other person in this country to join me to say that this "copy-paste" fails on the most basic levels - transformers are passive devices (there are no embedded devices to hack/control) and, per the listed study, these specific transformers (LPTs) are custom built and have long lead times (1 to 2 years) and China isn't even mentioned as a factor in the supply chain.
Regarding the Trump and Biden executive orders, neither one accounted for "active" electronics that may have been procured PRIOR to the Trump EO and there was absolutely no way anything could have been procured (due to lead time) in the time since Biden's EO to the power outages experienced anywhere including Texas.
Bottom line, if China had anything to do with the Texas power outage, Biden's rescinding of Trump's EO had absolutely nothing to do with it and, with all due respect, the guy who took the time to investigate and write this is a dumb ass.

Do yourself a favor and search the term "electrical transformer" then re-read my post (I'll even help https://energyeducation.ca/encyclopedia/Transformer ). Transformers cannot contain hidden electronics to be remotely controlled - they just sit there and do nothing more than passively convert one voltage to another. That whole "cut and paste" post is entirely premised on transformers which makes it bogus.
