It's tougher than it sounds. You basically have to get the endorsement from the PAC's (which are all run by the teacher's union), or be able to self fund your campaign.

The unions have tight control over who gets into those spots. They turn out the vote and mobilize all the psychopathic libtards who believe you need story time with tranny in the classroom.
