I think the year deltas are a red herring, as we've learned with the inauguration. What I've learned is Q does not predict dates (otherwise the enemy could too), but rather it's for disseminating truth, keeping up our morale (think how depressed we'd be right now without it).
I don't think year deltas are red herrings. There is definitely year(s) deltas that are significant. They may not tell us a date but they are relevant and too numerous to list over the past years.
I read an article that stated Satanists attribute their crown princes (i.e. Archangel equivalents?) the following direction:
South - Satan, the Adversary
East - Lucifer, Enlightenment
North - Belial, without a Master (also note: "the direction of darkness"...weird)
West - Leviathan, hidden Truth (?)
I'm not sure how correct the article was, but it seems legit to me (although I'm not an expert).
While the island is skew from the Cardinal directions, you can however notice that the SE arm is the furthest east part, the NE arm (main residence) is the furthest north. If you align as such, the temple can be attributed as the South point, and the stand-alone swimming pool the West point.
Noting that the East point is empty, it used to have a structure there (was that before the main residence was built?) ... which would make sense that during the initial build-out phases, Enlightenment may have been the focus, but is no longer. It's removal seems oddly intentional (why not just leave it there and repurpose it?).
Building the main residence on the North point speaks to their thinking that they are Master-less ... the north being the "direction of darkness" makes this really creepy, also. Also note that compass artwork, mostly blue-on-white, has the North arm in black with a red tip; could be a nod to the "direction of darkness" (also black/red coloring seems to be very typical in Satanic themes: darkness and sacrifice?).
Building the temple on the South point speaks for itself.
Having a swimming pool on the West point would easily facilitate water-based ceremonies to Leviathan (assuming that's a thing). I find it also odd that there's two more "water features" close by: the fountain, and the pond/reservoir.
I wouldn't be surprised if this whole compound was built not just to enable and hide their sacrifices and rituals, but designed to also collect and amplify the "psychic energies" released/generated here (including the suffering below in the tunnels), possibly implied by line 4 of post 1001.
Obviously, we now know there's significant tunnels throughout the island. Several "structures" look to be entrances, built into various hillsides. Also, you can see vents and electrical junction-boxes scattered throughout the island, hinting that these tunnels/subterranean construction possibly run throughout the entire island (or at least the large majority of it). The island is under 2000ft in either direction, and roughly 70 acres (the majority of the surface undeveloped, with development concentrated on the points).

While there's a claim that the East structure was wiped out in 2019 (due to Hurricane Irma), I wouldn't think that all the paving would not have been cleanly removed due just to that. An alternate explanation could be that they "sacrificed" it for some evil reason. And since there's 3 letters in "HRC" and major buildings currently exist on 3 directions, that may play somehow to the mention of "D-Room" (lines 9-11; direction rooms? demon rooms? both?), although I'm at a loss for further meaning here. Maybe sacrificing the structure to Lucifer in an attempt to attain assistance with divination/scry-ing out The Patriots' plans? Further info needed to confirm ...
Labeling the image 187 ties into the police code for murder/death/kill ... "site_e" implies at least 4 sites (scary) that were built or discovered before this.
