I'm sure she must've been horribly abused. She has multiple personalities one is called "strawberry". Came out during an interview with Diane Sawyer. I believe the word "spasm" may have set it off

She says "Strong Britney" (or "be strong britney") not "strawberries".

Good quality versions are hard to find, but this one is quite clear what she says.
