They’ve been manipulating the weather since the 50’s. Disney even made a film about it.
In the beginning, people liked the idea of cloud seeding because it helped farmers avoid droughts. Then it fell out of favor in the court of public opinion when it was revealed that the US used it in Vietnam to prolong the rainy season and flood out the Vietcong. So then the govt officially decided to stop using it, but we all know that means they just went dark.
It’s still been widely used...it’s just difficult to see who is in control...black hats or white hats. Seems like something Trump would have gotten control of while he could, but he’s not the only player either.
But yes, weather warfare exists. John Brennan spoke about it in an interview and referred to it as geoengineering. Bill Gates openly talks about his plan to spray the sky to dampen the sun and therefore prevent global warming. These guys are FOS.
