I'm on a tablet so its harder to do this (atleast for me) can only have a few links open at a time then it bogs down so sorry for not dropping link on 669 children. I first thought the post had something to do with the world bank but it seems more like with children so im all over the place cause from that 1 video it reaches different directions.
