Webb Hubbell is an old family friend of the Clintons. Him and Chelsea share many features including their bulldog cheeks and slobbering mouths. There is also a rumor that Rapey Bill had a vacectomy(sp) in college. It’s a pretty solid conspiracy that I happen to believe in.

Thanks. I hadn't heard that before. After reading all the Rothchilds and bloodline stuff, it kinda makes sense. Visually I always thought her to be a little off.
