In case if anyone's interested in seeing the EXIF data of the original picture, I've saved it off GeorgeNews' telegram and uploaded it to http://exif.regex.info/exif.cgi

It appears the picture has been doctored with, by using Photoshop? I've saved the results page but it's too long to be saved in a picture so I converted it into .PDF and uploaded to this site: https://ufile.io/tqfgrhsk
