I would've probably done the same knowing that we are now down to just one engine all the while hoping the mechanic that worked on the blown engine didn't work on the still working engine.
my understanding is that a plane did not crash, it's engine caught fire and parts of THE ENGINE fell from the sky.. but the plane didn't crash or anything.
