With all the emphasis Q places upon clean comms, it would be very natural not to engage in comms after the 20th because control of the entire chain is not so easily maintained. Further everyone wants to know who Q is now, and if there were a single leak now it could compromise many players. It will play out as God intends, and I hope pretty closely to the military's plan too. No need for more comms until post-storm.
