The present climate change narrative is based around global warming, not global cooling. If they tried to spin this into their climate change, it would cause such cognitive dissonance in people that it very well might break the cabal's control matrix entirely. They know this. Hence, the radio silence from Washington.
Over the last year I have heard the narrative change. Climate change instead of global warming. Weather weirding, which they can blame any weather anomaly on, is the new catch phrase to blame the weather on humans.
