He's not the President, so although we are being fed a constant barrage of horrible things he is doing, it may be that he is doing absolutely nothing. That is, it's for show and to red pill the lefties into rejecting him. This is my hope. I don't believe the Patriots would allow him to ruin the country, knowing he is a stupid puppet. POTATUS.
