Really? Where were the parents? You let a family member die due to the weather? Perhaps the parents should be in jail for neglect.

clearly they live in poverty and most likely didn't have the proper means to be ready for harsh winter....in Texas. Not everyone can buy generators and have 6 month of 25 year shelf life food. we cant punish people for being poor.
