I tried this for about 6 months but I also only ate 1600 calories and averaged 3lb a week loss from 260 to 180 then i switch to just a high protein only, meat, plant and dairy and bumped the calories up more. I've also did this without adding any exercise or workout to my day because I didnt want to waste my time off exercising. I feel I get plenty of exercise at work moving about. After trumps speech I made my way to the capital. When I arrived to the side of the scaffolding I made my way up the steps. At that time a door with no handles on the outside swung opened and a young man started to alert everyone that "hey guys come on in this doors opened" I ignored him and headed up to the the top where there was a vintage police motorcycle . Stayed up there for a few mins and got bored. But at that time standing up top I could see miles long police lights and figured its time to go before I get stuck there. The company i work at highers so many immigrants,but they get them thru a temp agency which makes me question the legitimacy of the agency because these workers cant speak a lick of English and have an i.q. Just above someone with down syndrome. And they cycle thru them so often.
i buy half a cow from the man i get hay from. i also raise my own pigs goats chickens and ducks and rabbits' haven't bought meat from a store in years. I've also cut out almost all processed foods except on rare occasions. And i tend to avoid that because i get horrible inflammation from the foods when i eat at restaurants
Reloading isn't much cheaper per say unless you reload oddball stuff like i do. But I do stuff to get about 300 rounds of 9mm free every other month. I use a credit card that pays back 3% and once I have over 100 dollars I spend it on ammo everytime. But I also pay thr balance off each month so I don't pay any interest and use the card for everything. Then at the end of the month I transfer the total over to pay off the account. Also every time I use my cc I transfer the amount spent into savings so there is no chance of not being able to pay it off each month and get all the free money to spend

i would rather the original, who knows how many revisions they made and how much info they removed. there for awhile i made adventure dates with the wife browsing all books i could printed before 1920s. but one that i found that caught my eye was a harvard book from 1910 called American historical documents. and the very first chapter starts off with greenland " the voyages to vineland" made me laugh cause at the time when trump was talking about them in the news.
