We're going to try a weekly discussion thread to see how it goes. The expectation is that it will be posted on mondays so we don't split up weekend discussions.

The Fed had a spectacular outage today, starting just before 1pm eastern... but nothing about it appears on down detector or so far as I can tell, any news sites yet. They're mostly restored except for actual accounts, but whoa nelly there will be a backlog. Oh, and they're also out of balance...

Also, per down detector, Reddit and Amazon Prime seems to have both gone down about a half hour ago, apparently still down.

The FED services are reportedly back up, down for about an hour.

Reddit is still really slow and barely responsive.
