My thoughts exactly , Thomas. WHAT IS THE WINDOW for when the court would Have taken it up?? Too soon before the election, too late after ???? Sooo somewhere in between too soon and too late it just right ??? What type of Goldilocks and the Three Bears type of mind f*ck are they pulling here????
