I’ve thought Kavanaugh and Barrett were told to vote “no” also. Playing their parts in the “movie” I hope!

Doesn't seem to follow the idea that everything had to be done according to the law. If the military is interfering with SCOTUS, even to a noble end, this doesn't seem to lend legitimacy to the plan.
