Perhaps this: all the NGOs were gathering up rioters all over and causing havoc all up til Jan. 6th.

Now that the Dems have the perceived power, they send everyone home. disperse because they want to make it seem like the Gov't has control.

Now its our time to strike. before they can get everyone into a big riot again. I know we all like to think riots are started by the people in that area, but we all know the dems bus groups of people in.

maybe this time lapse since Jan. 20th was to help calm the tenseness before they ramp up the Prosecutions.
