So much for packing the courts with Trump loyalists

Think about it like this:
If the Supreme Court agreed to hear the cases... and then decided in September and October to find that there was no election fraud... the case would have been heard and decided legally.
By all the lower courts dismissing the cases, refusing to even hear any evidence... and then the Supreme Court also dismisses the cases without hearing any of the massive evidence... then THAT shows a broken court system.
By law, a Military Tribunal may NOT be used to try non-combatant civilians while a functional civilian court system exists. That has been repeatedly established in U.S. law by several cases during the past 2 centuries.
With the courts (including Supreme Court) refusing to even hear evidence of election fraud... it establishes that the civilian court system is non-functional.
In that case, Military Tribunals may proceed to try civilians for non-military crimes.
why file the cases in the first place? paying legal fees for no reason?
