I remember seeing it and thinking back then how odd it was. Now it doesn't seem so odd, but more purposeful. Just so curious to know more about the meaning of it!

I saw this here last week too and even went back to view all the former inauguration speeches I could find to verify for myself that this had never happened before. It's legit
