What happened when Trump happened to have a rally and Tulsa on June 19th?

They literally made a national holiday over it, just to assume the guy they call an idiot who doesn't read any history and science happened to know when slavery ended and when Democrats attacked some rich black people 100 years ago (similar to how they attack black conservatives now), and was making a "dogwhistle".
