Ya I saw a youtube video like 3-4 years ago showing it in action in china, the people even interviewed some Chinese folks and they said it was a great thing, I just lol'd like they could say otherwise. I use to show that vid to people all the time showing them what they want to bring to the US.

what I mean is it's a black box, we don't see how the mass of data is being used.
one example: you and I are probably shown different prices for the same item online. they personalize or target pricing based on whole matrix of factors.
