Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch voted to hear the cases.

Gorsuch, who knows? He's had some questionable opinions. Maybe just ducking for cover here.

Thomas and Alito (maybe Gorsuch) the only ones willing to uphold the law.

It may have been why DJT nominated ACB. Also, I found it suspicious that the DemonRats didn't put up much fight with her.
