I tried to come up with something relevant to say, like follow the money, or maybe long march through the institutions and who were the bolsheviks, but the rabbit hole was too obvious. It's a good question but the hypothetical appointment isn't the strongest argument, too easy to dismiss that?
Might be more of a red pill to look at all the SC j's, over the years, and get a percentage from that? Does the fraction increase over time? Or with D vs R in power? Maybe even do a meme with a graph, kind of thing, like the big pics of all the network execs that's mostly stars. There's one for Congress also, I think, and one showing all the dual citizens there.
Could maybe look at lower levels also, district courts or whatever? Compare the courts in countries where asking questions is illegal, vs where it's not?
5 of the nine? No by my count.
count again...
Garland, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, Kagan, Breyer
5 of 9 would have been Jewish
Pretty sure Sotomayor is Catholic, which I believe is true of the rest of the justices besides those you mentioned.

Wrong!
