You're looking at it wrong. They feed us gold to saturate the populace, not that it does us any good. Excess gold exits and they recycle it, only to feed it to us again. Mercury in vaccines make sure old people fork up the gold they have accumulated before they are buried.
The real goal is getting it to the monoatomic level. Peak levels are at late-term pregnancy and during breast feeding. Abortion and human trafficking are two sides to the same coin. We are the refinement process. They harvest from our youth, when a growing body requires more gold for neurological development.
You aren't very sleepy, every post I've seen your name on is pretty awake :) I see your point, but to be fair I was being somewhat facetious with the poop angle... somewhat...
