Can someone explain to me why we need to establish laws for everything now? I thought it was already illegal to invade someone's privacy such as enforcing masks on someone without knowledge of their medical status, illegal to do research on aborted baby parts, illegal to NOT enforce laws, etc? Why are we now passing "laws" to "certify" the status of other laws to try to make them unenforceable or enforceable now? Have I misunderstood the justice system my entire life? Does the constitution really mean nothing and the only laws that actually matter are recently set precedents? It just seems like everything's so wishy washy. Why are democrats setting all the precedents, too? How come we're always on the defense? Why don't WE go set some precedents if that's how the game is being played? Wtf?
